GrapheneOS: Complete Setup Guide

I have been using GrapheneOS as my daily phone for well over a year now. This video will walk you through the full setup from start to finish, including the things most guides skip: what breaks, what you lose, and how to work around it. I’ll include flashing your phone without bricking it, privacy and security considerations, best practices to stay organised, my favourite FOSS apps and how I use them daily. I will also include a full section on creating profiles, including one for NOSTR with a full tour of ZapStore and the apps I use. Whether this is for your personal device or a business deployment where you need full control over what is on your phone, this guide will cover you. What This Requires

To make this video properly, I need a second phone. I won’t factory-reset my daily driver mid-tutorial and pretend the process is seamless 😅 A second device lets me show the real setup from a fresh install, step by step, without shortcuts. The hardware will cost around 200 EUR. On top of that, this will take about a month of work: testing, recording, and making sure the instructions are clear. I want this to be the beginner to advanced complete walk-through tutorial I wished existed when I started and I will tailor it to your needs based on what you share below.
