I offer private consultation sessions to those who would like an extra set of professional eyes on their website or online store. 

Consultation calls are done live over Google Meet Business (no need to install anything) and can cover any topic you’d like, from store design to marketing to driving traffic. 

The purpose of a private consultation call is to get expert advice from Daniella specifically tailored to YOUR site. The goal is to guide you to help you get to the results YOU want quickly.

I recognize this is an expensive service, and that people only buy it if they are in real need of getting some help for their online business. 

I have personally been in private consultations where the service is absolutely terrible and not tailored to my needs, so I am 100% committed to providing AS MUCH actionable value as possible. 

You can expect that I’ll be prompt, will have done my research into your site BEFORE the call so we don’t waste any of your time, and I’ll have helpful and actionable information tailored to your specific needs. 

I go the extra mile and include a site audit. 

I’ll tell you anything I see wrong with your site so be ready for upfront and direct advice. Do not take anything I say personally – my goal is to help you progress quickly and you are not your business, your business is your business.

Also, I turn off my phone and all device notifications during consultation calls – you have my full attention for 45 minutes and I hope you will do the same to maximize our time together.

I Don’t Sugar Coat Things During Private Calls.

We only have 45 minutes so I get to the point. 

If your site looks like it was made in 1995, I’m gonna say so.  If you’re super awkward in your Youtube videos and that’s what I think is holding your marketing back, I’m gonna say so. If your logo looks like it was made on MS Paint, I will tell you! 

I wont be rude, but you’re paying for a premium service because you need to get results, and I say what needs to be said to help you GET the results. 

Also, I am honestly not good at sugar coating things… So just be prepared. I’m not trying to be mean, I just like to get to the point.

Get All Your Questions Answered

I will review the information and questions you provide before the call and prepare for the call. I may ask follow-up questions about the information you submitted before the call. I may also need access to certain tools if that is the focus of our call (for example Google Analytics). 

Then I will dive into preparing answers to your questions. 

This is a time consuming process which is one of the reasons why you will be paying so much for 45 minutes on call with me.

Some of my private consultation clients don’t have any specific problems they are dealing with, but just really want an expert’s look at their site to give feedback on the content, the monetization, design, traffic and all other aspects of their store or site. This is perfectly fine. If you just want an in-depth website review, a private consultation call is the perfect place to get that done. 

I will promptly send you any resources and answers to followup questions we discussed during our call shortly after the call is over.

High quality is important to me and the course and eBooks aged since the initial release in 2018 and updates from 2020. 

Ecwid was bought by Lightspeed since then, the backend has changed a little bit, there are new features… 

I would need to completely recreate the videos to have them be 100% up to date, and that would take months. I am no longer comfortable selling them as is because of this. 

However, they still make excellent supporting documents, and many of the videos are still 100% relevant.

So to ensure you get the most out of a consultation with me, I will make sure I answer all your questions on-call, and send you relevant course content and eBooks only as supporting documents after I am sure you have everything you need to help you on your journey.

Once your order is placed I will analyze your site and prepare our meeting. I may reach out and ask for more information if needed (for example I may need access to your Google Analytics if that is the main focus of our call). We meet up and I get straight to the point to provide you answers to your questions. I provide other tips I saw in my site review and answer any other questions you may have. Our meeting ends after 45 minutes and I email you any further materials discussed during our video call.

The day and time you select will be the day and time at least 7 days from now. So if it is Sunday and you chose Monday as a consultation date, it will be the Monday 7 days from your date of choice (so Monday next week). I will confirm date and time by email by sending you a digital calendar invite prior to meeting. All times are in EST or New York time. I will not be held responsible for a mistake and a missed meeting on your part due to a date and time mix up. You can always contact me by email if you need to confirm as well.

Yes our meetup is 100% confidential and private. Any analytics or business information you share will remain between us. I will not share our consultation on my YouTube channel or any other public forum and always obtain consent prior to doing so. The consultation you are purchasing here, however, is private and will not be recorded.

No. We will use my Google Meet business account so you can join directly from your browser with the link I will send you. No need to install anything or have any special software.

If you cannot make it to the rescheduled meeting, I will email you what I prepared but reserve the right not to answer to subsequent followups.
