A belief system that treats resources, money, and opportunity as fundamentally limited, so that gaining more requires someone else to have less. It is also an accurate read of how fiat money works, where wealth is continuously redistributed from savers to those closest to money creation. Resolving it requires both inner work and a sound monetary system.
