Universal Basic Income is a social welfare proposal where all citizens receive a regular, unconditional cash payment from the government distributed regardless of income, employment status, or financial need to ensure a basic standard of living. However, by its very nature of requiring money printing, it leads to further inflation and socio-economic divide.
