While I thought I was improving my health by consuming #spinach, beets, sweet potatoes, nuts, dark chocolate, chia seeds, quinoa, turmeric, and green tea – Sally K Norton’s work helped me realize I had essentially unintentionally poisoned myself with an oxalate-heavy diet for the past five years of being mainly #vegetarian.
This entire experience made me question:
– Why are these foods specifically being recommended by governments and media?
– Why are women so compelled towards oxalate-heavy diets?
– Why are we being encouraged to self-poison?
